Vinnslu lets you re-format your CSV-like data. I built it to scratch my own itch and still maintain it as a lightweight, dependable utility.

You can specify the separators (regular expressions are supported) to split the data into rows and columns. Then they are going to be formatted using your template (which also supports JavaScript functions).
