As a hands-on CTO and the first engineer, I built the initial product end-to-end, set the technical direction, and put the development process in place so we could scale delivery as the company grew. I stay deep in the stack, pairing with the team on architecture, AI features, and reliability work.

EdAider is an AI-powered learning platform used by schools across Sweden and beyond. It reduces teacher admin work, provides real-time analytics at student, class, and school levels, and supports personalized learning in both physical and digital classrooms.
